Not receiving emails regarding my Facebook or Instagram from Meta

Hello, I'm having a problem with the reception of the emails of META. I no longer receive emails from Meta (facebook, instagram...) and the phone number on my account no longer exists (I changed my phone number 3 years ago). 

I'm now asked to confirm by email or phone that it's really me when I log on to my instagram and I can no longer access it because I no longer have access to my phone number (which I can't change also on facebook) and because I'm not receiving the meta emails... 

I'm desperate... Can you help me? My mail receives all the other mails except these ones...
