My payments have been disabled and I've been unsuccessful to fix this issue through facebook support. Whenever I submit my case it gets ignored and never answered. I believe I accidentally triggered a ban due to buying an Nvidia Shield on FB marketplace as my payment have been disabled ever since and the transaction was cancelled. I have 2 support tickets that are being ignored and another that I got a response on that advised me to change the password, but payments have not been enabled back. I have been struggling to get this resolved since April of 2024. Please advise as to what I should do.

On the Meta Quest Community forums, we do not have the tools or resources to assist with Facebook account issues, and as you have already contacted Facebook Support, I'd suggest to try contacting them again by checking out the Facebook Help Center. They have tons of troubleshooting steps and other ways to get the support you need for your specific issue.
