I reserved Hitman 3 VR Reloaded. Meta never processed the payment, so when the game officially released, I attempted to purchase it again, but I was unable to do so because the pre-order status prevented me. I have been in contact with Meta since September 7th, seeking assistance in resolving this issue. I have diligently followed all their suggested steps to cancel the pre-order, but none have been successful. Each time I contact Meta, I am required to reiterate the issue despite providing the ticket number of our previous conversation. Meta consistently assures me that the matter will be resolved within 48 to 72 hours, but they fail to follow through on their commitment. In an effort to bypass the pre-order status, I even had a friend gift me the game, but I am still unable to redeem it due to the pre-order status. Meta's lack of assistance and subpar customer service have been deeply frustrating.
