Took Meta Ray Ban Survey and Haven't Received $50 Gift Card

Hi, I took a survey on June 26 from Meta & AnswerLab and completed it. I was told I would receive a choice of $50 gift cards within 2 weeks. It's now July 11, and I have received no further communication. Additionally, I am not even sure of who to reach out to to ask about it, so I'm using this form.
