My headset broke under warranty and they told me to send it in and they would replace it. that was 2 months ago and after 40-50 emails I posted on the forums about it. They said that we should take it offline and send them a dm and they would help me get it resolved. They asked the same questions over and over and never did anything to help resolve. so at this point they sold me a headset that broke under warranty...and then had me send it back....and are now ignoring me. I am so frustrated. I have bought 7 headset for friends since the release of quest one so this is just crazy to be treated this way. I have been robbed. be careful with these people.
