meta account suspended??

both my instagram and facebook that are connected to my other meta account got suspended for no reason and i can't even sign into my meta account since it doesn't send me a code to my email and i clearly did nothing what do they mean by not following rules this is a legit glitch and i have games on that meta account for my vr i don't even know where to appeal please help I've been using that instagram account since forever

having same problem and they show an Instagram account i don't own was the reason for a bann

This forum is only able to provide troubleshooting for Meta Quest related products, meaning you won't be able to find the answer here.

However, if you visit the Instagram Help Centre and the Facebook Help Centre you will find the resources you need to help you get back into your accounts.

Okay but it says I have a meta account that doesn’t follow the rules when I didn’t do anything so they go delete all my accounts this meta thing is so dumb even if you pay they just delete your account with no obvious solution

Your solution is invalid. I have been through the steps it don't work the problem is my Instagram was hacked 2 years ago I followed steps about hacked account and nothing was done from that department. I then started a new one and back in September I linked my new one to my Facebook and was later band on Facebook saying my Instagram was not following community standards but the Instagram that they show for the suspension is not even the one that I started That was new. It's an account that I have no connection to and don't even know what it is. Facebook message says follow link to Instagram to find out how to protest the outcome how ever it again is talking about a account i don't have so when I log in it's logging me in to my new one and there is no problem there. So I'm down to 100 days until my Facebook is gone for ever. I have emailed Facebook and Instagram and no response nothing fixed. And the link message also started that I can submit to a bored to over turn however it say I need the code in the email from Facebook about said violation however I never had said email I check the spam folder and even searched in the email tab to see if I can pull it up that way, even try to say Instagram or Meta. Nothing shows app as an email saying anything about a violation with any kind of code to submit a thing to the board. There's nothing from them. Because said account does not belong to me. So I am screwed out of my Facebook for an account that has nothing to do with me. So I a while back post here because I watched a YouTube channel with someone who had same problem and they said try this form to try and get through to some one! But the response from said department said they can't help so I asked if they could help get me in touch with the right department but was told no they don't talk. Also Facebook,meta, and Instagram all have a number but it a recording saying they don't have phone support. For such a big company no one cares and no one can be reached. My Facebook had my dad on my list who past way and I'll my memory's were on there along with all my extended family contracts I just met all photos everything is on there and the get my files link just downloads my history data and profile photos and nothing eles mostly empty folders. This company is unprofessional and no links to resolve work just loop you in circles. I'm thinking of contracting a lawyer.

Sounds really frustrating. We understand how upsetting it can be the lose your precious memories.

We don't have any access to Facebook or Instagram here so the best thing we would suggest is trying to get in touch with FB or IG through their help centers. You could try reporting the Instagram as hacked using this tool.

 It is related to meta as it says on the photo I’m trying to sign to meta and it’s not letting me I barely have time now this is so frustrating
