There is no official fix for this problem. I received a replacement remanufactured headset with the same exact problem my original headset has and the rest of us are having.

I don't think Meta is taking the graphics bug seriously or they would've fixed it by now. My wife's headset graphics were great until the latest software update V63 and now they're just as bad as mine.

Hey everyone! I wanted to pop by on this thread about the graphics quality of the Quest 3 devices. I completely get wanting to get a clear view of what you're seeing on your headset. I recommend reporting this issue so that our engineers can be able to look into it further. The more information from other users, the better they'll be able to determine how to fix this issue.

In the attachment above Meta says they are aware people are having issues with this bug but 4 months later there is no software fix. Meta support acts like the bug doesn't exist and their only solution is to send you a refurbished quest 3 in worse condition than the one you own. Replacing a $500-$650 Quest 3 with a refurbished Quest 3 is not a solution. You will lose a lot of customers if you don't provide a software fix. Once again if you don't know what I am talking about, if you happen to turn on battery saver mode in the quest 3 power settings it puts your headset into a low resolution mode that is impossible to get out of. Numerous factory resets will not get you out of this mode.

I'm on my second device. When purchased first device it was sharp really sharp 2 days later it all went to **bleep** graphics are BAD blurry unfocused so fort problem with device. Got it changed I fort surely it was faulty. Switched new one on and from the off it was terrible. Games look crap main menus not as clear it's just a piece of **bleep**. Not settings change anything not changing resolution or anything makes a difference. Then I see other users and there's are clear as day. I'm not happy after paying out 500 notes

Did you ever find a solution? I just got a replacement quest three and it’s super blurry. The one I sent him to get fixed was not. But they sent me a different one back. It’s terrible.

Got my headset yesterday and everything is blurry and have no antyaliasing. Problem occurs in games and in lobby too

How is it that you telling people to report the issue is considered a solution to the problem that all of your well paying customers are having. That is BS. I just read through 60 comments of people having the same problems as me thinking at the end there was going to be a fix and all I get is you saying that people need to report the issue to the engineers. How do I do that because I do not trust that you are going to do it for me. You already wasted my time with this thread. I paid $700 for the 512 quest 3. I get better support from free app. Maybe They try harder because they are still trying to make $ and don't have a bunch already unlike others that I know...
