I am currently trying to verify my phone number so I can use the developer tools, but apparently i do not recieve the SMS, I have tried it through developers.facebook.com/async/registration and also in the facebook account settings, in neither of both cases it worked, and when I then tried deleting the SMS to add it back later it told me that
"You can't make this change at the moment
This is because we noticed you are using a device you don't usually use and we need to keep your account safe. We'll allow you to make this change after you've used this device for a while."
this is a bit dumb in my opinion, I will never use this account on my PC because I use social media on my phone, but apparently not using it on my PC is a bad thing. I am really in desperate help here because I need to get this working asap.

ok so idk if it worked because the first time i got a invalid html error but it said the html was removed and the second time my limit was reached, so idk if it might have sent it the first time but I'm just saying it here so i can be sure
Hi I cannot create a developer account, when I go to login in it sends me to whoops page that wants to redirect me to home.. I haven't been able to create a log in at all

Hello, I have tried several ways for the past few days to create a Facebook developer account. I've tried on different machines, different browsers, android, etc... But each time I get to the step where I'm asked to verify my email, I get an error saying this cannot be completed at this time. What recommendations might you have for me?
