Hi I get a failed to download files when loading and asked me to reinstall files. I did that and still having issues after doing a small update today. Worked fine yesterday. Any help please?

Have you tried rebooting your headset?
Hold the power button on your headset down for at least 10 seconds. After waiting for about 30 seconds, turn the headset back on.
Could you please provide a picture of what you are seeing when trying to download the game?
