API stability policy?

Hi!

I would like to know how you plan to manage API stability.

You released SDK 1.5 a few weeks ago and you plan to release soon SDK 1.6 I guess.

My main concern is: if I build an application with SDK 1.5 how long will it be able to run? I guess it will run with runtime 1.6 but until which version? Do you plan to break compatibility with runtimes 2.x only or with something 1.x? And can you guarantee this assertion?

Anything built with the 1.3 SDK (or newer) should continue to be compatible with the consumer Rift for the lifetime of the product. It won't be the same situation as we had with the development kits. Hope that helps.
