Access to UE4 1.3 Integration

So apparently I do not have access to the Unreal 4 SDK 1.3 integration here : https://developer.oculus.com/downloads/pc/1.3.0/Unreal_Engine_4_Integration/

I was able to get the non-public 1.2 and 1.2.1, but now that 1.3 is public I cannot get access to it. The download link just sends me to a forum page (https://forums.oculus.com/community/discussion/18199/fyi-where-can-i-get-the-latest-ue4-oculus-integration/p1) which is over a year old, with a bunch of links that are dead, or lead to other pages I apparently do not have access to either.

Am I doing something wrong? Why would that be blocked anyway? Isn't UE4 all free now? Anyways, any help in giving me access would be great.

Yeah, I noticed the same thing.  I ended up just grabbing the latest Oculus Github code, it has the 1.3 SDK.

I have performance issues since I got SDK 1.3 up and running, do you guys notice the same thing? I notice my render thread (Draw when using "stat unit") is under 1ms, which is not normal when comparing with my coworkers who are still under 1.2... a merge error maybe??
