Can't seem to pair Oculus Touch controllers - No option in devices menu.

Hey there.

We've recently had a pair of touch controllers delivered. We've sent you (Oculus) the necessary emails to be whitelisted for the private firmware (and followed your pdf instructions quite thoroughly).

But i can't for the life of me see the 'Add Right Touch' button under 'configure rift' under devices. We received an email last night (Danish time) about it, and that everything should be in order later today (your timezone).

But alas, the option is still nowhere to be found. Now, it might just be that we still haven't been whitelisted and we just need to wait some more. But i just wanted to see if anything more was necessary maybe?

Thanks!

Boom, apparently all that was needed was a quick sign out and log in. Thanks for the help Cyberreality!

You should have access already with this account. Can you take another look? Sometime you'll need to restart your computer before the button shows up. Thanks.

No dice unfortunetely, i only get the 'add remote', 'run full setup' and 'reset default view in VR'

i tried re-installing the client earlier too, so that didn't do anything either.

Any other ideas?
