Debug HMD not in 1.2?

Hi,

Tried to enable the Debug HMD as we wanted to use it for our automated performance testing but we wasn't getting anything from the mirror texture, currently using Unreal 4 for our project and was wondering if anyone else was having a similar issue? I'm wondering if the Oculus Home is taking focus away from the app but bashing the A button does little.

Also the Debug HMD refused to change to Crescent bay, will the release headset be added onto the debug? Ideally for automated test we want the higher resolution and frame rate requirement than the DK2.

That feature may be broken actually. I've already filed a bug report.
