Maya 2016 NVIDIA driver issues after SDK 1.2 update

My team is having trouble getting bones to work in Maya 2016 with the NVIDIA 361.91 driver required by SDK 1.2. Autodesk forums indicate we're not the only ones with this problem. Reverting to the previous driver version (361.75) fixes the problem in Maya, but prevents the Rift from working.

Is there a workaround to run SDK 1.2 without the latest NVIDIA driver? Alternatively, would we create problems by downgrading some of the team to SDK 1.1 until NVIDIA or Autodesk fixes this?

No, I don't believe there is a work-around in this case.

So probably the best thing would be to revert to 1.1 until Autodesk or Nvidia is able to release a patch.

Just keep in mind that 1.2 includes some critical functionality you will need to ship a game on the Oculus Store.
