Windows client won't run.

Not sure what happened. Woke up today and the windows client won't run.
Rebooted, fudged around, Uninstaller hone, reinstalled.

Install gets to "now set up your oculus account", I hit next.. window dissappear.

I can run home manually and see it in VR.. but the orientation is messed up.

Need to work.. but unity wants home open.

Any ideas? Feels like I've tried it all

Update: Logged in on a second user account on the same machine.. everything worked fine.
Came back to my main account, client wont run. If I put on the rift, I get home in VR and the client keeps trying to run over and over. Same problem in unity. WIndows client just wont open itself.

Yep. Im at a loss here. I created new accounts on this machine and it works fine. Tried deleting everything I could think of. Registry entries, every oculus and OVR file in APPDATA, turning off UAC and defender / antivirus.. checked firewall aceptions.. everything is good to go.
I try to launch the client, it closes right away.

Error loading OafIpc: Error: Access is denied.

Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:38772

Holy Jesus. I fixed it. Super bizarre. 
Had to edit the user security permissions on my temp folder in appdata/local that oculus was trying to access.
No idea why this only became an issue as of 1.3.1

I just noticed this thread. Really sorry about that but glad you found a solution.

hmm.. happened again. Had to force permissions to "allow all" for everyone on the temp folder or the windows client wouldn't open.
