Hello all!
Would it be possible for me to develop a teris game in which you see the falling blocks in your left eye and the blocks which have already fallen in your right eye?

Possible but probably not comfortable? If each eye sees something that conflicts or doesn't make sense, apparently the brain can struggle with it. However, I have no idea if this applies if you have an otherwise black screen with something appearing only in one eye.

Others here have suggested exactly that, based on a BBC program about treating Lazy Eye:
