missing requirements error

I have only recently gotten my first ever pc and wanted to do pcvr but it keeps saying I'm missing requirements which I just don't get. ill list my specs down below.

Processor- AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 8-Core Processor 4.50 GHz

GPU- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050

RAM/Memory- 64.0 GB (63.1 GB usable)

Operating System: Windows 11

I would also like to say it does let me connect but it's very glitchy, is that why the 3050 isn't recommended?

Another thing is that I'm using an oculus quest 3 so I had thought it wouldn't have been an issue. is there a way to fix it without getting a new gpu?

Hi there!

We saw your post about the problems you're having connecting your headset to your computer and wanted to see if we could help. After reviewing the specifications you provided, we found that the GPU is not recommended for use. Take a look at the following link for the minimum requirements.

While this GPU can handle some VR games, especially at lower settings, it's not ideal for the most demanding titles or high-fidelity experiences. These specs are a good starting point for those just getting into PCVR. However, to enjoy VR more, we recommend upgrading to a higher-end GPU. In the meantime, if you are unable to upgrade your GPU, we want to give you the following link with some troubleshooting steps that could help.
