Automated testing of S2S API calls, eg user_nonce_validate

Within our CI pipeline we need to be able to run automated tests of the S2S API, for example the calls to https://graph.oculus.com/user_nonce_validate

Is there a way to auto-generate a user nonce for a test user so that automated tests can run?

Alternatively, are there mocked endpoints which are guaranteed to succeed or fail?
