First of all sorry for my english, 

i have the Oculus Rift CV1 and the resolution is really bad while playing Project Cars or FlyInside.
I have read something about Debug Tool but there wasnt any good explanations for newbies.
I downloaded the Debug Tool but dont know where to extract the files, or how to set up for better resolution.
Please could someone give me easy instructions?
