APK No Longer Loading onto Headset

AMGI.Studios
Explorer

I've been able to package my game many times and drag and drop the .apk into the MQDH and it was working just fine. But today it suddenly stopped working. It shows the .apk loading then says the APK Successfully Installed, but the application isn't there. I tried it on older .apk builds that worked before but I'm getting the same thing for them too now. I've tried restarting all my devices. Quest. Computer. MQDH. Unplugged the headset. Nothing seems to be working. Has anyone else had this? Does anyone have a fix?

Not sure which interface you have, but after you go to "library", you have to go to "Applications" to get "Unknown Sources" listed. I hope it's there for you.

Are you looking under "unknown sources" for your app? Did you look under "installed"? Here's why I ask... Yesterday (as well), the app I'm working on stopped showing up under "unknown sources" and started showing up under "installed" - which it has never done before. In my case, I'm using an APP ID that I created for use as a "default" for all apps that I start. I'm guessing they made a change yesterday that if they see a valid APP ID that has a build uploaded, it's now considered "APP LAB" and thus gets displayed under "installed". Just a guess - but SOMETHINGS changed ... [begin rant with a smile on my face] because you now need to click a STUPID filter icon BEFORE you can get to the filter dropdown. ANOTHER stupid hoop I have to jump through to find the app I want. If they're going to ADD steps to the process - THEY REALLY need to let us hide icons for apps we will NEVER use again. Sorry for the rant. I'm hoping that the direct touch feature coming with V50 that lets us use the interface with hand tracking will make it easier.

I am having the exact same problem. The library's drop-down list does not have an "unknown sources" option, and the installed APK program does not show up when I select "installed."

I didn't remember that it was under Applications.  Thank you for taking the time to respond! I found it!
