recently i was going to use my quest but when i got on my boundary kept on resetting every few seconds or minute I couldn't do anything because how annoying it got, I've already tried cleaning the lens. If anyone knows the solution to this please tell me
I remember seeing an option in the "Meta Quest Developer Hub" to disable boundary reset. Obviously not a proper solution, but might be worth trying it out.
Apart from that, from what I've seen the lenses but also the cameras at the front help with the boundary, so maybe make sure the cameras are not hidden, and there's some light around you.
I haven't encounter any similar issue, so these might not work, but hope they help 🙂
Hey there, @TrashF0xx. Guardian issues like this would definitely be concerning and take out of your VR experience, we'd be glad to help out! First we'd recommend clearing your guardian history to see if that helps, below are the steps on how to do this:
Press the Menu button on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
Hover over the clock on the left side of the universal menu. When Quick Settings appears, select it to open the Quick Settings panel.
