Can not create app with Oculus Quest as platform in Oculus Developer Center

I am currently creating a quest app for an event (no store), but with the little problem that i need the screen casting feature. But for this i know i need to upload the apk to the Oculus Developer Center to one of the release channels (tried it already successfully with a go app). But i can not upload my apk because it always says that my app's platform is mobile while my builds platform is Quest (which is correct). But i can not select the Quest as platform when i create a new app in my organization. Is there a workaround or what do i do?

We've run into the same issue (no casting without a store ID), and we've found this project to be super helpful:
https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy

It doesn't have a mobile build as far as I know, but if you're looking to cast for an event, perhaps a PC or Windows-based tablet could get the job done for your casting target?

The default view shows both eyes, and the view distorted for the lenses, but it does have command line arguments to limit the view (we just crop it to one eye).

Hi, did you find a solution to this?

You must apply for Oculus Quest publishing.
