Developer Mode Disabled when switching to Secondary Account

I have some testers that when they change to a secondary account on their Oculus Quest 2, Developer Mode becomes disabled and have to use Oculus phone app to re-enable.  Looking for a solution or fix that does not require Developer Mode to be re-enabled every time their spouse or kids use the Oculus.

I think you have to use the same account in order for the device to stay in developer mode.  Switching to another account with a different email address disables developer mode.  I was looking for the reverse.  I wanted to have one device in developer mode and the other not.  But I'm using the same account with the same email address for both.  And so developer mode is globally enable on both devices.  And that was when I come across your post.  I think we have found a solution, because I couldn't find any another answers.
