oculus verification not working.

I am trying to verify my developer account because it will be required soon and since I don't have a verified business I wanted to do admin verification. when I tried to verify though I accedently closed the page and now it is under review but I think I broke it because there's nothing to review and I don't know if it will be reviewed and I won't be able to verify it.

Tried at least 4 times now with ID and Passport.  I will say the camera scan thing is pretty sus, such a low resolution on a iPhone 14.

Yes, I saw this change yesterday. Tried to send it two times again and get the same answer — "We can’t use the ID you shared to confirm your identity... try another photo...".

There is no useful feedback. Feels like there are no humans in the support team. Got irrelevant answers generated by AI or just generic templates that they are always happy to help, bla-bla-bla, but actually they actively ignore you. Zero transparency about what's going on. 

I don't know what to do about it. I was exhausted by communication with their bots. Felt like I was in one of the Kafka's novels.

Are there real people (human beings) from Meta here on the forum that could help with this?

i've been too harsh i think there's a couple of feedback errors/bugs. My verification seemed like it failed too but when i checked my dashboard it had changed to verified.

Thank God and the verification team, I got verified too. Btw, my final request I sent from Safari browser (previous attempts were from Chrome 112).

I'm glad finally someone got verified! 

I'm still stuck in a feedback loop thanks to "too many submissions" even though I've done ONE in the past 48 hours. 

 

Meta just reset this variable or something! Please!

Yeah I'm having the same issue too and I've also submitted a support request.

we're also unable to verify our org

I submitted it at the “Contact us” part of the support page

I finally got "Developer" Verified.  I said screw it and sent a photo of my Drivers ID Sitting on top of my 4090 in my computer case.  Took 3 days.
