I recently bought a S9+ and Gear VR but have found that alot of the games, experiences I download or bought wont load. I click on them and the screen goes to black and stays like that. I have to take the phone out of the Gear in order to get back to home screen. Games, experiences so far that wont load and just go black are Coco, Blade Runner, Echo Mini Game Party, Goal Master. Anybody know why this is and how I can fix it. It scares me from paying for new games incase the same thing happens.
Have you tried reinstalling the software and games. Could be another app on your phone causing that though. Have you tried uninstalling some apps? Things like antivirus or malware cleaners just to see if that works..
