I found that the strap which goes over your head to sit in the front middle of the unit makes all the difference in the world if you take it from its hook bar and move it to the front of the unit over the other side of the focus wheel.
With a small modification you can have it hooked in between the white plastic and the black plastic, which in turn lifts the unit from the front of the mount rather than the back which takes all the weight off your nose.

For hosting pictures, you have a couple of options. You can upload directly to the Oculus forums, by adding them as "attachments" (underneath where you're typing out your post, there's an "Upload attachment" tab. Choose File -> Add the file -> Place inline. Or, just use imgur.com (click upload images at the top, then drag and drop an image to upload it, and it will give you links you can use to paste into your post, etc.
