Has anyone found any good bluetooth device or controller to advance through a series of images, rather than to play a game? I want to let a Client view a series of image in Oculus 360 Photos, but I don't want to teach him how to swipe/control the GearVR on the headset. I want to just put this on someone's head, and have a controller in my hand that will let me advance them forward/backward through 360 Photos, or to go "Back", etc.
I'd love to hear any experience people have.
Also, anyone think this device might work, or anyone who has tried it? http://www.amazon.com/SUNNYPEAK®-Bluetooth-Controller-Compatible-Cardboard/dp/B00UV70YVC/ref=pd_sim_107_6
So I ordered the mini-controller from my first post, and it MOSTLY works. Surprisingly, it won't navigate the Gear interface in "KEY" mode, except to activate the "Back" button on the Gear. In "GAME" model, the controller works almost perfectly. I can advance a viewer through photos in Oculus 360 Photos, and I can activate the touch/selection pad.
But none of the mapped buttons activate the "Back" feature on the Gear, unless I switch the controller back to "KEY" mode temporarily. But this is a good first start.
Does anyone know anything about mapping buttons to this controller, or any controller, to the Galaxy or Gear? Looking forward to your feedback!
