Does a Samsung S8 look better then a Samsung S7 in a Gear VR? I'm mainly thinking about movies, is it much clear sharper using a Samsung S8..etc?

Afaik the s8 display is a very slight upgrade, I would not expect anything noticable. The big thing is resolution and they were both 4k screens. The s8 has a few more pixels because it is wider.
