Environment Selections Missing

Hi all!

Equipment:
  • Galaxy S8
  • Galaxy S8
  • 2016 Gear VR SM-R323NBKAXAR
  • 2017 Gear VR SM-R324NZAAXAR
Issue:

I log into Oculus on one of the headsets and have the option to change environments.  I log into the same account on the different headset and the option to switch themes/environments is not available.  Tried with both Galaxy S8's running Android 7.0.

Any ideas why one has this option and the other doesn't?  Any way to get this on both?  Thanks.

Having the same issue..log in with my daughter's s7 on a sm 323 unit and can change environments. Log in with my s8+ on a sm324 unit and nothing. What's up?

Did you submit a support ticket through an official channel?

Some users have ended up in some dark forgotten corner of the feature gating attic through no fault of their own.  Someone at Oculus needs to shake you loose.

As if this ever fixes anything?  No, I have not but I suppose I will.
