I have preordered the new Samsung galaxy s8, but I live in Germany so I don't get the free Gear VR, because is only in US. My question is , will the galaxy s8 be compatible with the old Gear VR from last year? Because the new Samsung galaxy s8 has a USB-C port instead a micro-usb.
some of the older Gear VR's shipped with a USB-C converter, so it could work if you have one of those but I'm not 100% if its support. Don't see why not though.
