I had the app & it was working fine...my Galaxy S8 had a mind of its own one day & wouldn't let me open any apps. I uninstalled & reinstalled everything but now I can get the Gear VR to download again. I get the same set-up screen as before but the download bar won't move. I've checked that whole Facebook settings in app manager & everything shows enabled.
