Gear vr oculus can't log in

I use Note4.
It doesn't working at log in like the photo.
Just keep spin.
I try delete and setup again but not diffrent.

Same problem. Support were useless apart from saying that "an announcement regarding VR will be made in the next few months". They seem to be aware of the issue but are doing nothing to resolve it in the short term.
