How to enable developer mode on S6 Edge

I have a Galaxy S6 Edge, and would like to enable the developer mode. However, when I go to "Settings -> Application manager -> Gear VR Service", the "manage storage" button is gray and not clickable.

Any idea on how to enable developer mode on my phone?

This link talks how to enable the developer mode for the phone (or Android). I am talking about enabling developer mode for GearVR service, which is a totally different thing.

You need to go to Settings ---> System -->Developer options. Then enable it. Drains your battery though so don't forget to shut it off. Made that mistake for a week when I first go the phone. The battery life sucks in general but it's worse with developer mode on.

This is what I tried. However, when I reached step 3, the "manage storage" button is gray and unclickable. Any ideas on how to resolve it?

Go to the Gear VR Service, click manage storage button, next In the Version area, click it 7 times, click back and enter to it again, and the dev mode will appear. Hope it helps!

I'm trying to enable developer mode to develop on unity without a GearVR, in other words, I just want to see my unity game on the phone running.

I've put the OSIG file on the "Plugins/Android/assets" folder but I still get the message saying i'm not a developer when pressing the "VR Service Version" number

@mfontoura: What phone model and carrier do you have? I assume you do own a Gear VR (in order to have downloaded the required software), which version? Does your application work in VR when you are using the headset?

Try putting the OSIG file in the "Engine/Build/Android/Java/assets" folder. You will need to create an assets folder if you don't have one yet.
