as you know I've been making quite a few 3D gaming videos specifically for the Gear VR and have always wondered whether I am making the file sizes too high by recording at 1920x1080p with a bitrate of 22.5 MBps for 60 fps playback (that's according to the Elgato Game Capture I am using).
I can obviously tone this down quite a bit but I am wondering if there is an optimal bitrate I could use that's slightly less and doesn't lose any quality?
The official blurb on the support page doesn't really offer any help in this regard other than saying more than 5mbps.
Can anyone help as I would love to do longer than ~ 10 minute videos if the file sizes were typically less than 2Gb.
