I have stopped playing my gear Vr cuz of this daft and dumb decision by oculus and samsung, am going to buy psvr and use my ps4 controllers. its absolutely dumb and counterproductive that oculus continues to shut down other controllers like ps4 and xbox one on gear vR. how do u grow the VR industry if u wont work with others and remain selfish?? sad
It is lame, to lose a good platform for lack of support of third party gamepads... Just lame. I buy to develop VR games, I strongly believe that the Gear VR is the right way to go. No strings attached and cheap games, accessible stuff. But then! They mess with controller support.... just lame.
