Was just curious if anyone has downloaded the official version, I've had this downloaded and accessible through 360 videos for awhile and was just curious if there are any differences in this "official" version or if it plays exactly the same.
it is the same version, but now it is just easier to get the movie through the app and we reach a lot more people. Also it is a lot better than any streaming platform so it ensures a certain quality. I admit the filesize could be a bit smaller and quality can always be better... 😉
Yeah. I swapped out my side loaded copy for this. I would just like to say this is one of the best things I can show anyone to show off the versatility of VR. Very well made. Very immersive and a true testament to how amazing VR storytelling can be. I hope it's only the tip of the iceberg and that we will see more projects like this.

There were a few issues with the graphics being pixellated now and again but for what it is, a 360 degree 3D movie i thought this is the future.
My housemate got vertigo when the ship went down the hole which was funny to watch, he was screaming take it of take it off. Then 2 minutes later let me have a go again.
Sonar is top on my list of videos to show VR to my friends. Love, love it. That surprise ending really gets them (and me) everytime. I have watched it at least 10 times.
