Approved (Keys Only)

submited game to oculus store,after few days got Approved (Keys Only). Does it mean, it is not going to  be on oculus store?

I asked Oculus about this, and I'm not sure it provides more clarity here, but in case somebody else comes across this thread, this is the response I got this afternoon:
First and foremost, thank you for your continued work on your title. We are always looking for fresh and innovative titles to bolster our platform. Oculus continues to monitor user metrics for our keys-only apps, and any titles that show outstanding user adoption, game play time, etc. are reviewed regularly for conversion into our Oculus Store.
With this in mind, our Content Review Team has decided to keep Dragon Flight as a keys-only title at this time.

I'm not entirely sure the proper way to interpret this, as it is likely per title, so I'll reserve my speculation.
