The dashboard suddenly removed the trailer cover I uploaded last time and now it asks me to upload the image again. However, the uploading mechanism seems down, no matter how many time I try to upload the image, it just can't be kept by the system. I've tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge, none of them works. I can't resubmit my app because this missing image, when can it be fixed?
having same issue. everytime i upload the image, it seems to upload ok, but when it finishes, it shows the thumbnail, but still displays the message to upload a trailer image. attempting to save or refresh page clears whatever was uploaded, and thus can't submit any new builds for review.
upload was fine today. the message still stated that an asset needed to be uploaded, but that last uploaded asset was present, and submission was allowed for review.
