Error message when trying to upload store assets: "This image’s dimensions aren’t supported"

I've had trouble getting some of the required store assets to upload to the developer dashboard. Specifically, the main logo and landscape cover art. I get the message "This image’s dimensions aren’t supported" when the images are the exact specified dimensions and file format. Please advise, thanks!

use the "Max: 9,000 x 1,440" size

I also had the problem, that the transparent logo was rejected.

Oculus ask for a *.png Aspect Ratio: variable and 9000x1440 (max size). This confuses me, because my 1300x900 was rejected. Oculus means, that the width (!) is variable and therefore the ascpect, but not the height. The height of you image must be 1440. So I uploaded a resized image with 4000x1440 and it worked.

So for the main transparent logo use yourWidht*1440px and it should work.
