How to Pass VRC.PC.Functional.1 when no error logs or details provided by Oculus?

Oculus store review does not provide any error logs, details and just ignore my team when we request information so we can figure out, guess what the oculus team might be having issues with.  Anyone in these forums have any guesses on how we can pass the VRC.PC.Functional.1 test for store submission?  We have zero errors on our development team side - so it’s something vague going on with Oculus store review team and they are not responding nor providing any info.  At this point we have already started the process to just publish to different stores instead of continuing to wait while being ignored.

VRC.PC.Functional.1

My guess is a long loading screen (3 seconds plus).  We had a similar issue and I changed our videos to download asynchronously so we could display a loading icon in the interim.  There is some cutoff for how long a loading screen can just be black (in the docs somewhere), i think 3-5 seconds.  Just a guess though - your app might not have this issue - it was just the problem with ours when we got this failure.
