How to allow build testing ?

Hello !

I contact you because I want to publish my brand new app on Oculus store for Gear VR.

But when I'm going to submit for review, the dashboard say : "Please allow build testing to complete"

I don't understand how to do that, can you help me ?
I uploaded a build in RC channel and Store Channel and added users in RC channel but it doesn't work.
