We have released an app on the Oculus store that is dependent on external software:
https://www.oculus.com/experiences/rift/2547959851966134/?locale=en_US
For this reason, it is important that our VR app is on the same version as the external software.
Is it possible for developers to give consumers the ability to download previous versions of our software?

yes go into your app build and set beta channel to the version you want them to get. then add them to that channel using their oculus email.
