Oculus Go App rejection due to unwanted user permissions

Hi All,
        I have submitted my application to oculus store for review. App was rejected cause of the below unwanted user permissions.

android.permission.CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE
android.permission.BLUETOOTH
android.permission.BROADCAST_STICKY
android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

I don't think those are required for my application.
Please help me to remove those permissions from android manifest.
