Upload failed - Processing issue

I'm trying to upload a build the alpha channel for testing but no matter what I do I end up with the popup of doom:

I've tried several times, but no luck - I've noticed that someone else had the same issue:

Is there anything that can be done internally?

Hi, I'm having this same issue.  It looks like the solution from @imperativity isn't here anymore. Could you post the solution that worked for you please!?

What was this fix for this?  Imperativity's responses have vanished.

It looked like my issue was due to the bundle ID not being unique - I had tried to create the same app using the same ID from another Oculus account.  Making that into new unique ID fixed the issue for me, hope that helps.
