User reports S8+ hard crashes and wants refund

I received a review of a user claiming that our game is hard crashing the phone (S8+), making it reboot.

I wonder if we can assume that games submitted last month have been tested on S8 devices ?
The user is also asking for a refund... is that possible ?

Hopefully it’ll will be fine with the exynos as well.

The customer can open a ticket with Oculus customer support to apply for a refund.
