I've looked at the store policy and know that "pornogrpahic content" is not allowed.My app contains nudity but not in any sexual or pornographic nature. I'm making a figure drawing app and have taken steps to stylize the models into a statue-esque form. I've also included a toggle-able censored option. I believe this would pass, but I'd like confirmation.
I don't know if the store will allow it, but that looks really cool!
The content guideline doc does say "When it comes to mature content (for instance, violence, alcohol/drugs, nudity or adult language), we are likely to accept content that generally falls below the R18 threshold for a film."
According to the motion picture association rating system wiki page, nudity can be in PG-13, while sexually oriented nudity is R. So it sounds like GestureVR would be fine. I really don't know though.
