"Approved" but not available?

Reposting here since my question went unanswered for three days on the general forum ... guess I should have started here.

Hi -

We got a notification that our app "AVATOUR" was "Approved (keys only)" on March 4. On March 9th we got an email notice that we passed "Content Review." Since then our dashboard shows "Submission Status: Approved." Yet, the app doesn't show in the store, and the Keys section of the dashboard just has the descriptive screen and no way to actually set up keys.

We're eager to get our app out there ... what's the hang up? If there's additional review happening, can we get Keys turned on in the meantime?

Thanks -
Devon

if your app was approved for KEYS only then it will not be on the store. you may sell your keys to anyone using your own website or store however this means you didn't pass all requirements for the store. ask in a submissions email submissions@oculus.com why your app didn't make it to the store. they will take about 5 to 7 days to get back to you.

you must generate your KEYS go into your game, click on ManageBuilds>oculus keys. make sure you copy paste the keys you generate in there before you close the window because you CANT get them again after closing it.
you can generate in batches and name them, however like i said once you close the window you can't get the keys again. it is kinda dumb but that is how they do it.

you should see this below, fill it out and click create:

Thanks for responding. Yes I would have expected to see this screen in the keys section, but for this app we only see the informational screen in that section. No ability to issue keys.

So today - five days after our app was marked "approved (keys only)" - we got the below email. This was a response to my email to developer support that I sent on Friday. But unfortunately, we still have no access to the key generation interface in our dashboard, so this doesn't help at all.

Hello,

Thank you for your recent application submission. After careful review, we have enabled your application to be distributed via Oculus Keys rather than on the Oculus Store.

Oculus Keys can be generated through the Developer Center under the "Platform" tab while managing your build. Once generated, you can provide people with keys which they can use to access your application directly via the Oculus platform. There is no cost to using Oculus Keys and they can be used for various purposes including: distributing your application directly to clients, customers or even test users. More information on Oculus Keys is available here.

reply to them and send the screenshot. you wont find them in this forums sadly. @NinjaGG
could you maybe flag submissions that his keys page is broken?
