Same. Does anyone know the way they actually prioritize who gets the update and when?

For that matter, has there been any indication for the reasoning behind not having some kind of download link so users can force the update? I have seen a decent amount of speculation on the subject (the most entertaining being that we are part of some kind of social experiment), but I think if users knew the actual reason, it might help.
