I spoke to an agent at meta becuase I thought this was a feature, but turns out its not? Do you know the amount of money and new way of video recording's that would overload meta with money? Its a feature on, dare I say the apple vision pro, but come on, why spend $3,500 on that, everyone would go bonkers for something thats $400-$600 and has a special feature like that but saving $3000. It's genius.

Wow! Thats amazing that you found that, but, however, I have a pc that’s Intel i3, it’s a very old machine lol. Unable to do the things stated in that video, but I do appreciate you taking the time to find that, I believe it’ll be definitely helpful for others

@lilcarp999 you don't need a powerful PC to get the app on your headset, even a basic laptop will do.
Here's a simpler method that doesn't involve having to install an app on the headset.

Thank you, I think this is a solution, I really appreciate you taking the time to find this, but, I know I can’t be picky but, I’d rather be able to do this on standalone VR, which I don’t think is possible, but thank you

@lilcarp999 if you try the first method, once installed, you can do it standalone.

@lilcarp999 or there's the Quest Games Optimiser app [not free] which allows you to record 3D
