Hi Friends. I am not able to download the free 6 game bundle from Oculus which is part of a Samsung promotion. It seems several people are facing this issue and I am one of them.
Also I see that this issue has not been answered in any of the forums.
I tried general troubleshooting like Force Closing App, Clearing Cache Memory, Logging out and in of the Oculus account, however it is not working.
I have created ticket as well to Oculus Support Team. Meanwhile if anyone here has found any solution to this please let me know.
The only step they recommend on the support page is to log out and in again, so I think contacting support via the ticket system was probably the best idea 🙂
